- Schedule showings of available smaller homes and/or Condos
- Provide a personalized tour of age-restricted apartments, retirement communities or other senior housing options.
- Help you compare all the housing options that interest you with checklist evaluations and personal consulting services
Serve as your Advocate:
- Help with arranging desired services onsite or offsite from home repairs and maintenance to personal services and deliveries.
- Work with your family (if that is your desire) to answer questions about your RightSizing decisions.
- Help you manage any necessary paperwork and subdue any unsettling situations that may arise.
Make a Move (if that is what you decide to do):
- Arrange for a home inspection of your property to avoid any surprises or delays during the closing of your home
- Locate a Trusted Partner Service Provider to make any changes to rectify code violations or problem areas before selling your home
