As we learned last week, being able to make boundaries and say "no" is important; in life, and the holidays. The holidays can be a personal time, parties, shopping, decorating, and if you don't know how to set boundaries for yourself you'll end up feeling overwhelmed. So enjoy this week's tip on enjoying the holidays so that you don't wake up January 1st wondering where they went.   

     Here at Smooth Moves For Seniors, we are always looking for ways to make life, and the holidays, better,and less stressful especially for those we serve here in Indianapolis, Indiana. Susan has recently started an e-mail newsletter on how to make the holidays more enjoyable, so we will be summarizing it for all of you. 

We were honored to be a part of the Veteran's History Project in Brownsburg, Indiana this week. Veterans from the surrounding area gathered to record their experiences to be put in the Library of Congress. The Veteran's History Project covers World War I, World War II, and the Korean, Vietnam, and Persian Gulf Wars. We would like to thank the veterans, as well as their families, for sharing their wonderful stories.
